Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Start the return from the Support page and include the order number. The team will reply with the return address during support hours.
Opened screen films, personalized notes, and items with missing parts are not returnable. Shipping fees are refunded only when GizmoNest sent the wrong item.
Refunds go back to the original payment method after the return is checked in. This demo checkout does not capture a real charge, so a live refund would apply only on a future payment setup.
